Rotte Charlotte (en)

Introduce please your members and tell me how long does your band exist?
Cheers,
Rotte Charlotte is:
Chris Piss (almost 40, haha) - Vocals
Ängry Ändi (26) - Lead guitar
Wiesel (26) - Rhythm guitar
Pätt Pit (28) - Drums
Thiaz (27) - Bass

Our band exists since 2007 and the debut album has been recorded in 2007 / 2008.

How many shows and with which bands have you just played ?
We played several shows (we dont remember the actual number) with bands like Stahlgewitter, Jungsturm, Anrgy Bootboys, Libertin, Sachsonia, Mistreat, White Resistance, xXx, Blackout and many more...

Why do you use number 88 in your name ? :-)

We dont use the addiction 88 in our name. We just play 88 Punk ..n.. Roll.
It describes our kind of music. Nothing more nothing less ;)

Do you have got any merchandise ? Anything on sale ?
We released our first album called "Kein Titel - Keine Toleranz" (No titel - No tolerance) last summer. Furthermore we are going to publish t-shirts soon. Watch out for it.

Which bands influenced you in the past? And with which band would you like to share the stage and why?
Damn, thats really hard to describe. We all listen to so many different kinds of music (Punk, Metal, RnR, Rock, Hardrock, Rockabilly, Pschobilly, Streetcore, Hardcore and so on - the list is endless). Our music is mainly influenced by punk and rock but it is not easy to name any special bands.
We would share the stange with every band as long as they are nice guys and didnt lose their grip to reality.

Do you listen to Oi!, Punk Rock, Metal or more to hardcore, WP and RAC?
We listen to many kinds of music. Everyone of us prefers several musical genres at least it is hand made music and no hip hop, rap or other stummering shit.

Who is the worst enemy for all of us?
Our worst enemy is the high finance and those who try to take every folks identity to create the transparent spineless human. Unforunately the usual citizens are too blindfolded to recognize whats going on. You just have to observe the people´s reaction when they implement their plans step by step. Everything is getting so simple and everybody is happy. They dont realize that their autonomy in shrinking more and more, though.

What would you like to change inside the „scene“ ?
You just call the thing by it is right name.
We should become a real movement. A scene is just a temporary fashion – we are not!
On a related note a big problem is that many people have got the same aim but they cant go along with each other.
Everybody thinks that he has got the best answer to the problem. Thats just detrimental to the cause and devides the movement step by step. Arguments arise because of vanities. All the people have to come back down to earth. Our movement is no damn catwalk.
Another problem is the modest education of several people. Knowledge is power!
If we would be pedantic we could enumerate loads of other so called problems. In the end everybody has to criticise him-/herself and his/her behavoir to call him-/herself a part of the movement with a good conscience.

Are you interested in politics and which wing do you support?
Yes, of course we are interested in politics. We support the National Socialist movement.
Everybody in his way. Some of us go to marches, spread fliers, establish contacts to other comerades, talk to usual people everywhere to clarify them about whats going on in reality etc.

Do you sing any songs in english too? And about what are you lyrics?
No, we dont have any english songs. In our opinion the english pronunciation should be really good to do that. Another important fact is that we love our language. So we prefer to sing our songs in german.
The lyrics are about socio-critical topics. For example we carp at problems like anorexia, factory farming, censorship, the slaves of the new world order called politicians and many more.

What do you know about the Czech republic?
We know that you will get cheated when you pay in euros *haha*

Some final regards or wishes?
At first we want to thank you for the interview.
Further more we want to thank and greet all the people who invited us, all the bands we played with and especially we want to thank all our friends and comerades who supported us all the time.

Best regards,

Rotte Charlotte
